Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain And Burning Sensation In Lower Back

All of a sudden today it is very painful to move sit or even breath,the pain is in my lower back. Its a throbbing almost burning feeling. I injured my knee two days ago but did nothing to my back but now any sudden movement is excruciating pain. Im a bit nauseated too, any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi,
It seems that due to injury on knee might have produced un even pressure on back might have given this problem.
Due to altered gait might have given muscle strain on back.
Take Diclophenac, paracetamol combination medicine for 2-3 days.
Give rest to the part.
Ok and take care.
