I had 2 hemmorhoidectomies three months ago. I had severe pain after passing stool in the cocyx area after to the debilititating point. I'm no longer on medication, but every single morning and throughout the day I have diahrea (sic) with globule like stool and the the body automatically forces pressure on my anus. I have frequent headaches along with an increased appetite. I am never full. I also experience fatigue. I can't seem to gain any weight even though I eat plenty of protein and carbs. I also sweat profusely from my abdomen area and and hot and cold chills. I'm a 33 year old male in excellent shape with zero body fat and historically have been around 185 lean muscle. I'm currently 160 and cannot put on weight. please advise. dennis
