Suggest Treatment For Severe Osteoarthritis

Hi my 78 year old mother has just had knee replacement surgery two weeks ago - she has severe osteoarthritis and has already had both hips replaced and this is her second knee that she has had replaced. She is really struggling to get mobile, as her last knee was done only ten months ago and it was not properly rehabilitated. I wonder what exercises she can safely be doing to increase her mobility. She is in a rehab facility at the moment, but they really do not seem to be doing too much with her and she is spending a lot of time just sitting in a chair, getting stiffer and stiffer. Thank you for any help you may be able to give.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
