Suggest Treatment For Severe Osteoarthritis

What can I do to reduce the high levels of inflammation I m experiencing due to SLE and severe osteoarthritis? Wearing a bra is almost impossible most of the day since that s where most of the swelling. I have a prescription for low-dose steroids; but I try not to take then unless I have to. Would steroids help this type of swelling or is there some type of herb that I could take to reduce inflammation?

Hello,
I have studied your case. I think your disease is quite advance and you need to take steroids to take care of inflammation. But steroids can not be taken without proper guidance. So you need to see your rheumatologist and discuss your condition. He can also think of immuno modulators for disease control. I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
