Suggest Treatment For Severe Neck Pain

The side of my neck is strained to the point I can not turn my head to the left. In addition, after researching about Lymph nodes I have some of the symptoms but haven t been diagnosed as of yet. I recently took an X- ray but I m still waiting to hear back of the results it has been a week. So in the meantime what can I do to get rid of this pain HELP!
