General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Taking magnesium can relieve you from muscle cramps and pain. Also taking pain medications such as Advil or Naproxen for pain is advisable.

You may need to visit a rheumatologist and do some tests in order to find the disease which is causing it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
