Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
A single medication cannot solve three different problems. You are taking analgesic which will not affect disease process but just relieves you of pain. So if you have rheumatoid arthritis we have to assess severity and start disease modifying agents. MRI of lumbosacral spine with screening of whole spine is advised to assess severity of lumbar canal stenosis if not done previously. It can be treated surgically with minimal approach endoscopic. Fibrous alia is non specific condition and any painkiller taken for ra would benefit it.
So better you consult spine surgeon and rheumatologist and get examined.
