Hi,

Stress of LSCS surgery, breast feeding and exertion of stressful duties without rest, has depleted down calcium, vitamins is giving you all of these problems. You need calcium, vitamin D, multivitamin supplements along with iron and protein intake to get back to your normal. Please consult your family physician for prescribing in right proportion to your health.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
