Hello,I had physical therapy on my knee about 20years ago.I was a waitress til 2007.I would experience pain rarely, about once or twice a . I swam a lot in the warmer months and walked my dog and elliptical with hardly any pain. I recently moved from AZ to SC.Almost immediately, my knee pain came back full on. I haven t swam in 6 months, but walk around my property and trying to use elliptical.Haven t been able to do anything without pain. It s in my left knee on the inside front.right beside my lower kneecap.Do you think the weather plays a part? Answers would be appreciated.I haven t been to the doctor about this is 20 years.I m 53year old female.We had Obama insurance but had to cancel our policy in AZ.It wasn t affordable and when I had it, my knee wasn t bothering me.Surgery would be costly.Thanks ,Mindy
