Suggest Treatment For Severe Knee Pain

I have no recollection of reading about historical figures and knee pain. It appears to me that it is more of a current phenom , or has been under reported.regardless, when seated, no Problem, but upon using my knees, walking or standing is grief - giving. any cures ?

thanks for posting your query on healthcare magic. KIndly mention your age. As with age cause of knee pain varies. Pain at time of walking or standing is a symptom of degenerative change in knee or ligamentous tear. If you have instability while walking then get MRI done soon. If only pain then start with static quadriceps exercise and avoid squatting and cross leg sitting. Do hot water fomentation. Wear knee cap. Start NSAIDS and pantoprazole for pain .. Avoid running. Take care . get well soon .God bless you
