Hi I have had an itch spot on my upper back right on my shoulder blade where I can t reach it and tonight I looked in the mirror and it is a series of red bites or maybe a rash but the bumps are quite good sized what might this be from or be at all

Itchy rash on the back can occur due to various causes.Since when did the rash appear?what type of lesions do you have? Regardless you can start antihistamines like fexofenadine if itching is too troublesome.
