Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. There will be some pain during initiation of periods. Such pain usually get controlled by drugs like meftal spas. If you have intolerable pain then it should be investigated. Problems like endometriosis or hormonal imbalance should be ruled out. A consultation with gynecologist and ultrasound examination if needed should be carried out for this. In case of hormonal imbalance combined hormonal therapy will be helpful.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
