Suggest Treatment For Severe Headaches, Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Severe Stress

Hello, for a week now I have been dealing with severe head aches, dizziness, and feeling lightheaded. I almost passed out a work a few days ago. Now, for a few weeks I have been under serious stress, stopped eating and sleeping. I am aware this could be part of the reason that I am feeling this way. However, I have been resting the last few days, just sleeping, drinking lots of water, even eating, and taking vitamins. I have not improved at all. I was wondering what could be the problem and if I should go in to get it checked?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to hcm,
You were under lot of stress for a while which could have caused your symptoms. your symptoms have not reduced even after taking rest so I advise you to get complete blood count, RBS and serum electrolyte levels. As imbalance in any of these may also cause and aggrevate your symptoms.

Thank you
