Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache

Good afternoon. Recently, I ve been having headaches. It will last all day, sometimes 2-3 days. Along with that, I ve been very tired. Even when I m getting 6-8 hrs of sleep. I have no energy to want to do anything. I have no appetite at all. Nothing taste good. Feeling nauseous at times also. I am someone who loves and can eat. I m not sure what s wrong with me. I am not pregnant. Taken all the meds for headaches. Nothing is helping. I need to get back to my original self because my kids need me.

Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. The headache you are having is "Tension or stress headache". It usually occurs because of eye muscle spasm and mental stress. Your history is also suggestive that you are a patient of "Chronic fatigue syndrome". This syndrome is very common in todays hectic life. It occurs because of chronic accumulation of mental/physical stress.

Treatment of your complaint is

: Avoid mental/physical stress
: Take a break. Go on some vacation. Do some fun activities and then come back and start routine.
: Do Yoga with meditation
: Maintain hydration. At least drink 3 litre of fluids daily.
: You can take Tab Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription.
: You are getting full sleep because you get too much tired. It is a good habit and maintain it.
: You can get head and body massage once a month
: If you use glasses, don't do work without it. Avoid bright light.
: If still no relief, consult doctor.

Hope it will you. Thanks, take care.
