Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Tinnitus

just after breakfast my boyfriend he was 42 had gotten a severe headache he said it was ringing and that he had never had one so severe. shortly after it s easy enough started smoking a cigarette and put it in the ashtray and reached for his pack of cigarettes again claiming he has not lost one yet. he doesn t remember me asking questions nor does he know how he got into the shower and does not remember passing out in the shower. he thinks today is Thursday not Tuesday. after I got him out of the shower and got him on the couch again his head again and nowhe is passed out on the couch. the doctors claimed that he has bipolar. he does not drink or do drugs. what could be the cause of this? he has been under a lot of stress.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
You need to get him to emergency right away. He could have had a small stroke or bleed into his brain. These symptoms are very concerning. Do not delay, get him to emergency and make sure you are with him to give the doctors all of this history.
I hope he is better soon
