Suggest Treatment For Severe Headache And Fever
Hello, A severe headache with fever may be due to infection like viral fever or enteric fever or cerebral malaria or metabolic encephalopathy etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get it done a complete blood count, blood pressure examination, urine examination and malaria. Use tablet Paracetamol.
