Hello, you seem to be having a condition of diffuse hair loss known as telogen effluvium. I would adv you to get a serum ferritin levels and thyroid function test to rule out iron deficiency and thyroid disorders respectively, as common causes of treatable hair loss, if these investigations are normal, start hair supplements like tab Follihair 1 tab daily for atleast 3 months and use Xgain shampoo for washing scalp twice weekly.
