Suggest Treatment For Severe Hair Loss

hi doctor . i really need your help. i am 19 years old girl and I ve been treating my hair loss since 2012. iv had vitamin and hormones tests recently and all is normal. I m using minoxidil everyday and taking vitamins . I ve even used androcur for 3 months and nothing really happened. I m keeping on losing hair progressively . i wear a headscarf , can it be the problem? what do you think doctor? and thanks

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should rule out hyperthyroidism again because most common cause for hair loss in young girls is hyperthyroidism.
So get done free T3, free T4 and TSH levels.
If these are normal then consult dermatologist and get skin biopsy from scalp to rule out alopecia areata.
This genetic disease can also cause hair loss in young females.
