Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Hair fall can be attributed to various reasons.
Some of these reasons are common to both the sexes like dandruff; following an illness (e.g jaundice, malaria, dengue); following significant weight loss/dieting; underlying thyroid abnormalities e.g hypothyroidism Or hyperthyroidism; dietary factors like reduced Iron stores, post-surgery, or post-delivery in females.
It can be also be hormonal e.g Androgenetic alopecia, in which there is gradual thinning and reduced density over the top of the scalp.
After going through the details of your history I would suggest you to get tested for thyroid because weight gain, tiredness, hair fall are common in hypothyroidism.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist/trichologist for a detailed assessment of possible underlying causes and appropriate treatment.

Regards
