Suggest Treatment For Severe Fungal Infection In Big Toe

I went to get a pedicure yesterday cause i get embarrassed to show my toes cause my big toe has fungus and when I went to get my pedicure the same night my toe started to hurt and got pink and swollen as I started walking more and more my toe got worse. I started cutting it off the gel they put on my toe to make it look like a regular nail and water started coming out I have no idea what it could be .
