Hi Thanks for posting on HCM The treatment of your condition will depend on the underlying cause.Severe dizziness could be caused by a number of medical conditions: -Inner ear problems -Benign paroxysmal positional veritgo -Vestibular neuritis -Meniere s disease -Drop in blood pressure -Hypoglycemia -Anemia -Dehydration -Anxiety disorders -Medications -Others. There are many possible causes and only a keen evaluation by the Doctor with some tests/paraclinical investigations may help identify the cause. You will need test like fasting blood sugar, full blood count, serum electrolytes, ESR/CRP for initial evaluation.If need be, other test will be request. I will suggest -you eat well and balanced with vegetables, -take enough fluids -rest well -Avoid standing up abruptly -Sit or lie immediately when dizzy Your Doctor may help with an etiologic management after evalaution.
