Suggest Treatment For Severe Diarrhea, Nausea And Vomiting

My husband last night after lying down developed stomach cramps. Could no sleep and states pain on and off with the cramping. No diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. Had small bowel movement and states did not stop the cramps. Stomach area extremely sore today as if he had done exercises as crunches.

Hello,

I think he might be having constipation problems.
However, these stomach cramps that do not get better are suggesting something else is going on. We should rule out appendicitis first thing.
So, as he is not having no diarrhea, no nausea no vomiting, should send to ER to rule out appendicitis attack.
