Suggest Treatment For Severe Constipation
Yes I have had severe conspitation all my life. Well last night after taking a laxitive I was in severe pain then had the dry heaves and then I broke out in a cold sweat from head to toe had not a dry spot on me it was even dripping off my hair. Then I got so weak I could not hardly make it back to bed and then I was freezing to death please tell me what was happening!!!

You can continue laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic relief. If constipation persists, better to consult a gastroenterologist and plan for a colonoscopy to look for any mass or growth in the bowel. Include more fiber-rich foods to your diet.
