General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This way of having a bowel movement is not normal and regular. You are suffering from severe constipation and you may benefit from using lactulose. Also, you can try to use sena leaves as tea at night to possibly have a bowel movement in morning.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
