Suggest Treatment For Severe Cold In An Infant

My daughter is 4months 12 days old. Since today afternoon she is suffering from cold, from evening it is increasing. Only Solvin nasal drop ( 2drops each hole/ hour) have been given. Please give me suggestions for immediate relief. I want to consult with a paediatrician.

Please give 1-AL-Total suspension 2.5 ml 3 times a day for cough and cold
Give Acolate saline drop 3 times a day two drops in each nostril .If no fever then better avoid antibiotics.Thanks
