Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern and would explain that your blood pressure values are really high and this could be the cause of chest pain. For this reason, I recommend taking another tablet of amlodipine in order to help reduce your blood pressure values.

If the chest pain persists, I recommend going to the ER for a physical exam, a resting ECG and cardiac enzymes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
