Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest Pain And Loss Of Appetite
Hi I have pains in my chest mostly under and usually on the left. Tonight my right side I m in pain with. I have been to the doctors today and they have said I can go to have a X-ray on my chest. I have been suffering with feeling full when I eat and I don t eat big portions. My stomach would make noises and I would feel sick, I have now lost my appetite.

I have understand your concern
you have dyspeptic symptoms
may be you have peptic ulcer disease or non ulcer dyspepsia or some growth in the stomach
h.pylori infection also leads to this type of symptoms
I can suggest you to get done upper GI endoscopy , liver function test , absolute eosinophil count and CRP
meanwhile you can take
tab.pan-d before food once daily
CSP.provdac twice daily
