Suggest Treatment For Severe Chest And Abdomen Pain
HI Sir, i would like to ask on behalf of my mother age is 65 years and have aorta unfolding problem, which is seen at chest X-ray report.She feels regular pain in chest and abdomen and also high pulse rate of (110-120). She is diabetic, asthma and recently recognized of TB. Therefore i would like to ask as she would have more tendency to get any heart related issue in future. plz suggest me soon.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Better to get an ultrasound scan for further assessment.
