Hello,

Some advice that I can give to you is:

-Use Simethicone medicine for the bloating.
-Limit your intake of carbonated drinks.
-Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils.
-Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw.
-Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
-Do a stool test and an ultrasound to confirm the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
