Suggest Treatment For Severe Bleeding During Intercourse After Hysterectomy And Bilateral Oophorectomy

6 months ago I had a complete abdominal hysterectomy and bilateral oopherectomy. My cervix was not removed because they doctor nicked my bladder and I had to have a catheter for 2 weeks post op. I had a seroma rupture 10 days post op that ruptured stitches. 3 months post op I had a large amount of vaginal bleeding. The doctor told me that I may just still have a period because the top of my cervix still has a tiny amount of uterus. The bleeding stopped and I have only had 2 other times there was bleeding and it was light spotting. The past 3 times I have tried to have sex there is a great deal of blood and clots. As much as when I had very heavy periods before my hysterectomy and oopherectomy. There is no pain but the amount of blood is large.
