Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

Hi, I m in lots of pain (back pain). I m only 25years old. I ve danced half my life and now have 5 children. I lay in bed all day now because my back pain is so bad. Half the time I can not like my baby because it s so bad. I m wondering if the back pain is from 10yrs of dance or the 5 epidurals I have had for my children. Please let me know what I should do or what I can take. Even what I should ask my doctor for.

Hello Dear

Thanks for writing to us

You need to go for an MRI LS spine for a better diagnosis of the problem.
Meanwhile you need to consult a Physiotherapist for back rehab and strengthening.
You can also use yoga excercise to help strengthen your back.
The pain will subside in a few sittings with your physio but you should get yourself properly evaluated by MRI.

Hope that helps

Thanks
