Hi, I am Raguraman 44yrs . I used to get back pain. I saw Uraligist. operation was made. Now clear the stone size 1.2c.m. on 8.9.16 and stent also removed. Previously ie 2004, stone contain magnesium. Now suggest future in take food and water and what treatment is follow

kidney stone causes back pain..so drink plenty of waters and avoid spinach cabbage tomato as it may cause kideny stones..
