Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Pain

I can not stand the pain in my back anymore, I have thought about killing myself but I have two dogs I must take care of for the rest of my life. Is there a way they can cut my spine or some thing? I would prefer to spend the rest of my life in a wheel chair than to suffer anymore. Pain pills just don t get it.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Insted of treating for pain we should find out the cause of backache.
There are all possibilities of having some degenerative changes in your lower vertebrae producing pinched nerve pressure.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral region or osteoartheritis.
After report plan of treatment can be decided like physiotherapy, short way diathermy, lumbar traction or surgery as advised by your ortopedic surgeon or spine specialist.
Ok and take care.
