General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
Usually, periods tend to be irregular after evacuation for a few months. So possibly you have symptoms of normal menstruation after a gap of 1.5 months. But if you were not careful & had unprotected sex these days... the symptoms can suggest early pregnancy. You should exclude pregnancy by per vaginal USG (if you don't bleed normally) before considering it to be a normal period.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
