I recently was put on Lexapro 0,.5mg for two wks and started with a 10mg tablet this am. I have also been taking zanax as needed when the anxiety comes over me, but I try only to take half of a 0.5mg. tablet and am very causious about taking it because afraid of getting addicted. today I was good all day and then after dinner tonight I got that anxious feeling come all over me and took a whole zanax and now just 3 hrs. later I am having those feelings come and go again. How soon can I take zanax again if they don t go away I am 72 yrs old female and in good health, only other pill I take is 125mg of thyroid med daily for 15 yrs. now.
