Suggest Treatment For Severe Anxiety And Panic Attacks

i am having serious anxiety and panic attacks it last for long time cant sleep my husband had a heart attack last month and since then i am having very difficult time i ahave a abnormal ecg and there is abnormality in st waves went to my primary care and he said my heart is fine i have shortness of breath little pain in left arm and upper back pain 3 days ago they also order troponin and it was normal i still have symptoms should i go to er ? my primary care priscribed buspirone 7.5 mg took twicw yesterday but had a bad night

other than buspirone I understand you need some counselling as well..you need to continue with buspirone for a while before you switch to something else..
Try doing yoga and meditational moments for some part of your day and you will feel better
