Suggest Treatment For Severe Aches In Ankles Post Injury

I broke my ankle in December and was told it will never completely heal. I think I had the start of restless leg syndrome before that. Lately my ankle really aches and the restless leg symptoms have been getting worse, is there anything I can do for this?

Hello,

It is best to have a check why you are starting to have the pain in the foot recently but to help with the pain meanwhile you can take Ibuprofen and paracetamol.
As for the restless leg syndrome, if magnesium supplements do not help enough the doctor may prescribe pramipexole or ropinirole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
