Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain

my daughter lives in the UK (married and moved there 2 years ago) Last August she ate sushi out and felt like she got food poison/bad food. Sick that night/vomiting/diarrhea. She has had severe pain in the area of her gallbladder since then. Sometimes more intense than others. Nothing alleviates the pain. Dr. have done gallbladder sonogram, scoped her stomach for ulcer, mri, stool test, blood test, ct, and lower gi (but had to stop because her heart rate got too high.....not sedated) Could it be a food allergy or mold? She lives on Isle of Wight (southern island of uk)
