Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain
Hi i take 4 ac and c pills a day for pain been taking them for about 6 months im having bowel movement troble cant go for sometimes 3 days and is very hard even while eating bran also im getting really bad stomache pain very bottom at least 3 times a day with gas pain gets worst after i take the asptin any thoughts thsnk you

Most probably it will be due to renal stones.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult a physician and plan for an ultrasound scan.
