Hi, I tool an overdose of 16 paracetamol and 21 amoxicillin at 4am on Wednesday morning at 4 am with after I had drank around 3 bottles of wine. I then went to the Aand E departmenton Wedensday around 1300 and they said paracetamol volume was 29 and wuth th eours I was borderline of receiving treatment. So I left. I have no had terrible pain in my stomach / back area all day and I am slightly worried it could b something to do with the other day. They did blood test for liver and kidney function when I was in and all came back ok. Any advice would be appreiated - thanks

hey
I have gone through your concerns thoroughly ..its good that your liver and kidney function tests came out to be normal ...as peracetamol has a great tendency to affect your liver ....but since you are complaining of pain in stomach radiating to back I would recommend you to take an antacid preferably any PPI group like Rabiprazole ...as excess of these drugs might have affected the lining of your stomach...also I would recommend you get your serum lipase and amylase checked as these are test for pancreatic function... as epigastric pain radiating to back is typical for any pancreatic pathology ....also I would like to know whether you your motions are normal or not ....
I hope it was of some help
thank you
