Suggest Treatment For Severe Abdominal Pain While On Pylera

Bello my ñame is May, I m just back from gastroenterologist after having done the endoscopy, where the doctors found a bacteria. He prescribed me a med call Pylera, my question is. I been suffering pain for decades, but after I stop taking the hormonal ( strongmen, progesterone) treatment the pain increases ( I m 56). What can be the risk if I don t take this treatment?

Pylera is a combination of Bismuth, Metronidazole and Tetracycline used in eradicating Hpylori infection. The endoscopy done must have confirmed the presence of Hpylori infection causing your stomach troubles. Taking this medication will definitely help with your symptoms.
Progesterone are not found to improve the symptoms of gastritis pain and discontinuation of progesterone will not worsen your condition.
