Hello,

You have not mentioned whether you had a normal delivery or had a C-section.

However, if you are having severe abdominal pain you need to visit your gnae & get physically examined. Get USG done to rule out any issues with the uterus.

You may need medical aid & medications. Get treated at the earliest. You can take Spasmol (Spasmoproxyvon) for pain abdomen, one sos when needed.

Take antacids & Omeprazole / Pantoprazol-40, one sos when needed. Take Acetaminophen(Tylenol) one sos when headache or bodyache.

Since you are breastfeeding you may get a headache, feel nauseous and weak because of fatigue when you are tired.

Take plenty of water, soups & juice to keep yourself well hydrated. Do not skip meals, take nutritious food which is easily digestible. Take adequate rest and sleep. Stay away from illegal drugs or addictions if any.

Always take medications after physical examination under your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
