Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative that you are taking food very untimely. Untimely food intake triggers acid reflux, abdominal pain due to developing peptic or esophageal ulcer.

You are suggested to take small meals or snacks between your regular meals. Take tiffin boxes to work(farm) & some beverages also.

Avoid taking oily, spicy, junk food. Take boiled food. Avoid raw fruits or vegetables for a couple of days.

Improving your eating habits will relieve you of your pains & discomfort. Never keep your stomach empty. Take Pantoprazole-40 mg, once daily for 20 days. Your symptoms should subside.

You can take spasmol(spasmoproxyvon), one sos when stomach pain. Gastritis may cause pain to radiate towards the chest, avoid constipation. Take fiber rich food or laxatives at bed time. Keep yourself well hydrated.

However, to stay on the safer side you are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood & imaging tests done to rule out peptic or esophageal ulcers. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected.

You can get lipid function tests & EKG, stress tests done to rule out any developing CAD, coronary artery disease.

To prevent vomiting, take rest between work & take food that is good for the liver( sugarcane juice, papaya, boiled food, etc). You can also take Liver tonics (Liv-52) to feel better.

Hope I have answered your queries. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K
