Suggest Treatment For Sever Pain Due To Piles

Hi, I was suffering with piles from last 5 years and in last month i got severe pain so i met general surgeon who suggested me for HAL/ RAR suregry proceduere. I went through the surgery. While doing surgery procedure doctor realizes that i had peri anal Abscess too due to which i got severe pain. After surgery i was told to take few antibiotics.after 1 month i got relief from pain but suddenly again pain started after passing stools. I am seeing a lump at anus after passing stools which is giving severe pain. when i consulted my doctor again he is saying nothing to worry and gave some medicines. But i am suspecting that piles recurred again? I am not sure what to do?? need help..

do you have exactly same symptoms..?do you have a straining stool?
recurrence so fast is less likely..it could be an abcess?
if it is an abcess it has to be drained..
using a course of antibiotics can be of help..
use anobliss cream for some days for pain relief..
it is good if you can get clinically examined by another doctor (if you are not happy with present one) and use medication..
after the problem comes down follow these
-good balanced diet with lots of fiber and take plenty of water
-physical activity like walking jog or cycling
-smoking or other drug addictions should be given up..
