Suggest Treatment For Sensorineural Hearing Loss

I experienced sudden sensorineural hearing loss July 15. After many blood tests, my ENT has determined I had mono sometime in the last four months. She was very specific that it was within the last four months. Also that I ve had shingles, although I never knew I had either illness. Can this really happen?
