Suggest Treatment For Semen Leakage

Hello doctor,For last 6 months l m facing problem like after urine semen is coming out, now my age is 26, I stopped masturbation 4 years back but nightfall happen often like weekly 2 or 3 times now I m getting this semen leakage problem, I tried some homeopathic and ayurvedic medicine it is helping little bit but not stopped completely. I m feeling weakness, some bad smell is coming from body, kindly help me to come out of this problem.

Semen leakage during or after urination could occur when person urinates immediately after intercourse or the other causes are swollen prostate or retrograde ejaculation in which semen goes back into urethra instead of exit and it comes in urine.

In some STDs,semen like discharge occurs after urination.

Your night fall or night discharge is completely normal.

You require complete history and thoroughly urological examination by an expert if you are facing this problem since 6 months.

So,better you consult urologist to have a accurate diagnosis and treatment
