Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello. I just read through your question. This is a very common occurrence at this age. The good news is that baby skin heals very well, and faster than adults. The most I recommend doing is applying any over-the-counter antibiotic ointment (ie: bacitracin, neosporin, etc...) three times per day. This will ensure that the scrapes won't become infected. Outside of that, just give it time and it will heal very well.
