Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Eardrum With Ringing And Pressure In Ear
I have ruptured left eardrum 3x and right ear 1x,I have flown from Canada to SanSebastien Spain and using hydra sense for sinus and RxFluticasone to help ears,progressively getting worse,draining now from left ear and also feel pressure in right ear with ringing.The ruptures were in the past due to sinus infections

As per your query you have ruptured eardrum with ringing and pressure in ear , it is getting worse and draining . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like altitude changes , infection , allergy or tumor . But in your case it seems to me that the pressure ringing and drainage from ear is due to infection . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may examine with otoscope or may order blood test CT scan and MRI to confirm the diagnosis or rule out condition like tumor . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course ( gentamicine ) at least for 10 days along with decongestant and anti inflammatory . Doctor may also recommend patching of eardrum , tympanoplasty or radiation therapy for tumor .
