Suggest Treatment For Ringing Sensation In The Head And Dizziness

This is the third time I have felt ringing in my head top to frontal and everything just spins..I feel extremely dizzy and cant hear for a little while..is this a seizure? or inner ear problem? lasts about 30seconds and leaving me dizzy for a little while and nauseated... I have been extremely stressed/ sleep depriavation/ and working many hours/ with poor diet/

You have problem of dizziness that may be because of low blood sugar level an lack of taking carbohydrates food.

Ear infection or other ear related condition also cause dizziness. Anemia or dehydration cause dizziness. Inner ear problem may ruled out.

Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Otoscopy examination give exact idea.
