Suggest Treatment For Ringing In Ears, Dizziness And Tiredness

I have had ringing in my ears, dizziness and tiredness. I have depression and am on Sertaline 15mlgs also my vision has been like when you look under a microscope I see moving things like a something clear but outlined the other day they were kind of black. It comes and goes the vision I mean. Dizziness and ringing and tiredness is always there but sometimes its so bad I cant do nothing but sit around or sleep. What could be causing this my doctor doesn t ever seem to follow up on it. I am also in Menepause.

HELLO,welcome to HCM.There is a structure called semicircular canals inside the ear which maintain the balance of the head during rest and also when we r moving.So if this not functioning properly then these symptoms occur.Please go and take ENT specialist advice
